Mario SabillonChief Culinary OfficerChef Mario, the culinary genius behind Tica’s Tacos, has worked in kitchens since 1999 at the ripe old age of 13. By the age of 20 Mario was a sous chef for a renowned catering operation hosting large scale events. He has continued his career as sous and executive chef at a variety of establishments enhancing his knowledge of all different styles of cooking and types of cuisine. All of these talents have been put heart and soul into Tica's Tacos.

Jessica Mattioli SabillonChief Executive OfficerJessica has been working in the foodservice industry for 24 years and received a bachelors degree from Boston University’s School of Hospitality in 2008 to further her pursuit in the industry. Jessica’s passion for hospitality led to a career in restaurant management and private event coordinating at award winning restaurants such as Smith and Wollensky’s in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square and Nectar Restaurant on the Main Line. From her high school beginnings selling water ice at local street festivals to her education and years of experience all of Jessica’s career decisions and experiences have prepared her for this opportunity to share her love of the industry by co-creating Tica’s Tacos.
